About this product
Blank varsity jackets are complete jackets with no letters, patches or logos, made for businesses that decorate them: embroidery and print shops, school and team suppliers, and brands that apply their own artwork. You choose the base jacket once and reorder it in the same colours and sizes.
Choosing your blank
- Body: wool blend for a traditional look, or fleece and polyester for a lighter, lower-cost blank
- Sleeves: leather, PU or matching fabric
- Trims: plain or striped rib knit in standard or custom colours
- Labels: unbranded, your own neck label, or a tear-away label for relabelling
Ready for decoration
Blanks are left flat and clean on the chest, back and sleeves for chenille patches, embroidery, heat-transfer or DTF prints. Tell us your decoration method so the fabric and lining suit it; for example, embroidery on wool needs a backing, and some prints need a smooth body fabric.
Repeat orders
Once your blank is approved, colour and size reorders follow the same specification. Bulk quantities, colour availability and reorder lead times are confirmed in your quotation.
