Development and production services

What happens between your brief and a shipped order.

The options available for your product are confirmed during quotation. Tell us what you have in mind in your request and we will advise what can be done.

How a project runs

From brief to bulk shipment

Every order follows the same sequence, so you approve the product before production starts and know what is being checked before dispatch.

  1. Brief and references

You send a tech pack, sketches, photos or a reference sample, with target quantities and destination.

  2. Quotation

We review materials, construction and branding, ask what is unclear, and send a written quotation.

  3. Pattern and sample

A pattern is made and a sample produced in the agreed leather, lining, hardware and branding.

  4. Sample approval

You review fit, finish and details. Changes are made and re-sampled until you approve in writing.

  5. Material sourcing

Leather and components for the bulk order are sourced to match the approved sample.

  6. Bulk production

Cutting, stitching and finishing against the approved sample, with checks along the way.

  7. Inspection and packing

Finished goods are checked against the approved sample, then labelled and packed to your instructions.

  8. Dispatch

Documents are prepared and the order is handed to the agreed carrier or your forwarder.

Owning your product

Designs, logos and documents you send remain yours. We use them only to quote for and make your order. Patterns developed for your product are kept for your repeat orders.

Repeat orders

The approved sample is the reference for every repeat. Tell us when you need to reorder and any changes; colour matching to a previous lot is checked against the retained sample where possible, because natural leather varies between hide lots.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start with private label and move to OEM later?
Yes. Many brands start by adapting an existing product type and later develop their own designs once the range proves itself.
Do you put your own name on our products?
No. Products carry only the branding you specify.
Can you work with our own freight forwarder?
Yes. Tell us your forwarder and preferred trade terms in your request.

Have a design or a reference product?

Send it with your quantities and destination. We will come back with questions, a quotation and a sampling plan.
