Who this range is for

Fashion and outerwear brands adding leather to a collection, wholesalers and distributors supplying retailers, and new labels developing their first jacket. Most projects start from either a tech pack, a reference jacket you want to adapt, or one of the product types below.

What we can make

Bomber and flight-style jackets — rib collar, cuffs and hem, with or without a quilted lining.
Fashion biker jackets — asymmetric zip, notched lapels and belted hems. These are fashion garments, not protective motorcycle clothing.
Casual and minimalist jackets — trucker, racer and shirt-collar styles.
Your own design — any jacket you can specify or show us, subject to a sample.

Decisions that shape your jacket

Decision	What to consider
Leather	Lambskin and sheepskin drape softly; cowhide and goatskin are firmer and harder-wearing. Thickness affects weight, warmth and price.
Finish	Aniline shows natural character and ages; pigmented finishes give the most consistent colour across a bulk order.
Lining	Polyester, cotton, viscose or quilted linings change warmth, feel and cost. Printed linings can carry your branding.
Hardware	Zip brand and finish, snaps and buckles. Branded zip pullers or custom hardware add tooling time.
Fit and sizing	Send a size chart or a garment that fits as you want. Sizes are graded from the approved sample size.

Branding a leather jacket

Branding usually sits on the neck label, lining, zip pullers and a discreet exterior mark. The methods available for your jacket are listed below this section and confirmed in your quotation.

Sampling and ordering

A sample is made in your chosen leather, lining and hardware before any bulk cutting. You approve fit and finish, and that sample becomes the reference for the order and for repeats. Minimum quantities depend mainly on the number of colours and sizes and on the leather lot. See Sampling & MOQ for what drives each.

Every order follows the same sequence, so you approve the product before production starts and know what is being checked before dispatch.

Brief and references

You send a tech pack, sketches, photos or a reference sample, with target quantities and destination.
Quotation

We review materials, construction and branding, ask what is unclear, and send a written quotation.
Pattern and sample

A pattern is made and a sample produced in the agreed leather, lining, hardware and branding.
Sample approval

You review fit, finish and details. Changes are made and re-sampled until you approve in writing.
Material sourcing

Leather and components for the bulk order are sourced to match the approved sample.
Bulk production

Cutting, stitching and finishing against the approved sample, with checks along the way.
Inspection and packing

Finished goods are checked against the approved sample, then labelled and packed to your instructions.
Dispatch

Documents are prepared and the order is handed to the agreed carrier or your forwarder.

Leather Jackets & Apparel: buyer questions

Can you make jackets under our own brand?

Yes. Jackets are finished with your neck label, care label and any exterior branding you specify, and packed with your hangtags and packaging if supplied or ordered.

Can you copy a jacket we already sell?

We can develop a jacket from your own existing product or tech pack. We do not reproduce other brands' protected designs or trademarks.

Are your biker jackets protective motorcycle gear?

No. Our fashion biker jackets are styled garments. They are not certified protective motorcycle clothing and should not be sold as such.

What should I send for a jacket quotation?

A tech pack or photos of a reference jacket, your preferred leather and lining, size range and quantity per size and colour, branding positions, and the delivery destination.
