Who we are
Private Label Leather is a leather products manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send through it.
What we collect
When you submit a quotation request we store the details you enter: your name, email address, company or brand, country, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, the product and quantities you are interested in, your brief, and any files you attach such as tech packs, sketches or reference images.
We also record the page you submitted from and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us limit spam submissions without storing your IP address itself.
How we use it
We use your details only to review your request, prepare a quotation, discuss samples and production with you, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Your designs
Files you upload are stored privately on our server. They are not publicly accessible and are available only to signed-in members of our team who handle your enquiry. We do not use your designs for anything other than your project.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses a session cookie needed for forms to work securely. If we enable website analytics, the analytics script loads only after you accept it in the cookie notice, and it receives the page visited and the type of enquiry — never your name, contact details or uploaded files.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your conversation is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep business records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
